If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. We will gladly assist you in finding a solution.
2. Conditions for Refunds
Since each Prunabags bag is a one-of-a-kind, handmade item, we kindly ask that you ensure the product is in its original, unused condition when returning it. It must be undamaged, and in its original packaging, if possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on customized or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Full Refund: If you return the bag within 14 days in perfect condition, we’ll issue a full refund for the price of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely. We cannot guarantee refunds for items lost during return shipping.
